Overview
This is an unofficial community resource focused on a Windows portable build of DB Browser with SQLCipher support. We do not expose direct file links on this site; downloads go through a CAPTCHA gate for safety. We use Google Analytics (GA4) with Consent Mode v2; by default analytics storage is denied until you accept in the cookie banner.
Analytics (GA4) with Consent Mode v2
- We load GA4 but set analytics_storage to denied by default. When you click Accept in the banner, we update consent to granted.
- We enable IP anonymization in GA (
anonymize_ip: true). - We use GA primarily to understand basic usage patterns (e.g., page views, clicks on non-file CTAs like the Download page), improve content and navigation.
- You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings.
Cookies and local storage
- We store your cookie preference (accepted/declined/closed) in localStorage to remember your choice.
- GA cookies are only used if you accept analytics in the banner.
- We do not set marketing/advertising cookies on this site.
CAPTCHA and secure downloads
The Download page uses a CAPTCHA gate (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA) integrated via a widget script to reduce automated scraping. The widget provider may process technical data (such as IP address and user agent) to perform verification. We do not expose the direct file URL in page markup; the widget opens the download only after successful verification.

Data retention
- Analytics data is retained in GA according to GA account settings.
- Cookie/consent choices stored in your browser can be cleared anytime by deleting site data or using the Cookie settings.

- Use your browser’s privacy controls to block or delete cookies and site data.
